Melania Trump, wife of Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump said on Thursday, November 03 that the culture of social media has gotten “too mean and too rough” and vowed to focus on encouraging more respectful dialogue particularly among children and teenagers, if she were to become the First Lady of the United States.
Melania Trump said, she is an immigrant and “therefore there’s no one better than me who values the freedom and opportunity of America, both as an independent woman and as someone who immigrated to America.”

She went on to note, we must find a better way to talk to each other, to disagree with each other, to respect each other and especially to honor and support the basic goodness of our children, specially in social media.
Futhermore, she said it would be one of the main focuses of her work if she’s privileged enough to become the First Lady.
“America was the word for freedom and opportunity. America meant if you could dream it, you could become it”, she said.
