President Maithripala Sirisena today (Nov 16) cast his vote at the Sri Vidyaloka Viharaya in his hometown Polonnaruwa, the President's Office said.Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe too had exercised his franchise at the polling centre located within the Colombo University.
