Inspector General of Police Pujith Jayasundara has appointed a seven-member committee headed by Senior DIG Ravi Seneviratne to supervise investigations over the individuals who were deported from Dubai and to attend to legal and security issues, Police spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara said. SP Gunasekara noted that out of the four individuals who were deported from Dubai on Thursday (28), three were arrested including Mohammad Najeem Mohammed Imran alias Kanjipani Imran.
