Two natural gas deposits and active oil deposits have been discovered in the Mannar basin, Highways and Road Development and Petroleum Resources Development Minister Kabir Hashim said. He said that it has been confirmed through surveys that the two gas deposits contain over 9 trillion cubic feet of natural and over 2 billion barrels of oil deposits.
