Postal Dept announces distribution of ballot papers

The Department of Postal Services says that  official ballot papers will be distributed today. Post Master General, Rohana Abeyratne, said ballot papers will be distributed to all districts by February 4. He added that the voters who did not use their postal votes on January 25 and 26, could use their ballot votes next month.
