The Criminal Investigation Department informed court that the Interpol says a red notice cannot be issued against Lanka E News Editor Sandaruwan Senadheera as charges have not been filed in Court.
The CID further informed court that it had been informed by Interpol that sufficient provisions were not available to issue an international warrant against Senadheera.
Gampaha Acting Magistrate, Chandrika Jayadevi Amarasinghe postponed the hearing of the case to April 7, 2017.
