Operations at Chennai’s Airport recommenced this on the morning of Tuesday, December 13, following the suspension of flights to and from Chennai yesterday as a result of Cyclone Vardah.
Meanwhile, flights between Colombo and Chennai too resumed this morning.
As a result, SriLankan Airlines flight UL 121 departed Colombo, bound to Chennai at 10:30 this morning.
Spokesperson for Sri Lankan Airlines, Deepal Perera said that five flights have been scheduled to depart for Chennai today.
