According to the World Bank’s “Ease of Doing Business report for 2017” , Sri Lanka has slipped to the 110th position from the current 109th rank.

The World Bank said progress made in reforms relating to starting a business and protecting minority investors were not enough to stop a decline in Sri Lanka’s overall ranking.
