Secretary to the President Mr Saman Ekanayake issued instructions to appoint a committee to look into the problems that have arisen in connection with the white water rafting water sport, which is a world-famous sport cantered around the Kitulgala area due to the Broadlands hydropower project and to make recommendations on possible solutions.
