COLOMBO (News 1st): Pavithra Wanniarachchi, the country’s Health Minister who was receiving treatment for COVID-19 has recovered. The Minister was receiving treatment for COVID-19 at the IDH and she has been discharged, the Health Ministry announced. Meanwhile, Prof. Channa Jayasumana has been appointed as the Acting Minister of Health.
