COLOMBO (News 1st): Four people were arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department, for stealing explosive material from a quarry in Mawanella, Sri Lanka Police said on Saturday evening (Jan. 02). The explosive material was discovered from Peradeniya, according to Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana.
