COLOMBO (News1st): The postal department has introduced a home delivery service to distribute goods from state-owned Sathosa outlets. The first phase of the programme will take place in Homagama, Havelock Town, Kadawatha, and Moratuwa, postmaster general Ranjith Ariyaratne said.
