The annual Kelaniya Duruthu Maha Perahera held in a grand scale under the patronage of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Thursday (09). President Rajapaksa placed the Relics Casket on the tusker before the annual Kelaniya Duruthu Maha Perahera paraded the streets.
