President Gotabaya Rajapaksa says that he will establish a new government that can implement his policies.Delivering his first speech as the President of Sri Lanka, Gotabaya Rajapaksa said that he is addressing the nation as the Executive President of Sri Lanka and the Defense Minister who will take on the responsibility of the security of the country.
