Colombo (News 1st): Distribution of postal votes for the upcoming Presidential Elections has commenced. Postmaster General Ranjith Ariyaratne said the distribution of postal votes had commenced from last evening (October 21). Accordingly, postal voting for the upcoming election will be conducted on the 31st of this month and November 1st.
