The funds of the much-touted ‘Api Wenuwen Api’ security forces fund to assist war heroes set up during the Mahinda Rajapaksa regime cannot be traced, Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera told news media yesterday.The Finance Minister was addressing a news briefing at the Ministry yesterday to explain more details of the war heroes pension scheme finalised by the Government earlier this week.
