Former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and IGP Pujith Jayasundara, who were arrested on charges of criminal negligence and the failure to prevent or minimize the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks, were further remanded till July 9 by Colombo Chief Magistrate Lanka Jayarathne.
