On the sidelines of Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva’s visionary concept to implement the environmental protection pilot project – “Neela Haritha Sangramaya”, the Naval Dockyard in Trincomalee has been declared a Domain of Green and Blue today (21st June 2019). Incidentally, Commander of the Navy unveiled a plaque to mark the declaration of this timely concept.
