The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) signed a supplementary agreement with Global Seafoods Pvt Ltd on May 17, 2019, to process Wakame Seaweed for export in their existing factory complex.The agreement was signed on behalf of the BOI by Mangala Yapa, Chairman of the Board and by Radhika Subasinghe, Director of Global Seafoods and Chandani Weragala signed on behalf of Nexia Corporate Consultants, secretaries to the company. Also present was Parakrama Weerasinghe, Group General Manager.
