The Kayankerni Reef and the adjacent marine habitats have been gazetted as a new Marine Sanctuary on Thursday.The Gazette Extraordinary has been issued by Tourism Development, Wildlife and Christian Religious Affairs Minister John Amaratunga under the Fauna and Flora Protection Ordinance.
