All tea producers have been issued instructions to immediately stop adding sugar during the tea production process to maintain the quality of pure Ceylon tea, Plantation Industries Minister Navin Dissanayake warned.“If they fail to adhere to these instructions stern action would be taken against such errant tea producers,” Dissanayake said.
