Additional Solicitor General, President’s counsel Yasantha Kodagoda, was sworn in as the president of the court of appeal before president Maithreepala Sirisena today(March 28).The president’s recommendation to appoint Yasantha Kodagoda as the president of the court of appeal was unanimously approved by the constitutional council a few days ago.
