Tourism Development, Wildlife and Christian Religious Affairs Minister John Amaratunga and UPFA MP Nimal Lansa locked horns in Parliament yesterday over development work by the Wattala Pradeshiya Sabha (PS).MP Lansa complained that Wattala PS Chairman has not adhered to the proper tender procedure when giving contracts to develop the area. He accused that there had been financial irregularities running to million rupees behind those projects.
