Colombo (News 1st) Parliamentarian Ashu Marasinghe resigned from his position of Assistant Chief Government Whip. The MP handed over his letter of resignation to Ranil Wickremesinghe, stating that he accepts the responsiblity of the defeats suffered in Parliament over several expenditure heads.
