COLOMBO (News 1st) – Two suspects were arrested while transporting 5kg of Ganja from Halmillakulama, Nochchiyagama. The police said that the duo were arrested based on a tip-off. They are due to be produced before the Thambuththegama Magistrates Court today (February 13).
