Colombo (News 1st): A person transporting 24 conch shells illegally on a motorbike was apprehended in the Mohottuwaram area in Kalpitiya by a group of Naval personnel yesterday (20th February). The suspect is a 43-year-old resident of Silawathura. The suspect along with the conch shells was handed over to Kalpitiya Police for further action.
