Colombo (News1st): Police arrested two men for transporting dust tea from Kandy to Wattala without proper documentation. The duo who were arrested at Weweldeniya, Meerigama had over 5 tons of dust tea in their possession. The suspects who are residents of Kandy will be produced before court today.
