Colombo (News1st): The party leaders meeting began at 11.30 AM today (January 04). The meeting was chaired by Speaker Karu Jayasuriya. It was agreed at the meeting that the Appropriations bill will be presented to Parliament on the 5th of February. Meanwhile, the Budget speech will be made on the 5th of March.
