COLOMBO (News 1st) – A 34-year-old heroin smuggler has been arrested along the 18th milepost in Katunayake. The Police confirmed that 10.33g of heroin were found in the suspect’s possession. The arrested has been identified as a resident of Ukulan pallama, Vijithapura.
