Colombo (News1st): Dr. Charitha Herath has been appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and Digital Infrastructure. Herath earlier served in the same position from 2012 to 2015, he also served as the chairman of the Central environmental authority from 2010 to 2012.
