COLOMBO (News 1st) – The Road Development Authority has informed motorists to maintain the speed of vehicles to 60 kmph when driving along expressways. Director of Expressway Operations, Maintenance and Management, S. Opanayake said motorists must drive with headlights on when driving during rainfall. He further urged motorists to maintain adequate space between vehicles.
