COLOMBO (News1st) – Chairman of the CWC, MP Muthu Sivalingam, was sworn in as the Deputy Minister of Primary Industries. According to the presidential media unit, the parliamentarian was sworn in before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat.
