COLOMBO (News1st) – The Assistant Superintendent of Police in charge of Wennappuwa and Chilaw has been arrested by the officers of the Commission to Investigate into Acts of Bribery or Corruption. The ASP was arrested when he had allegedly attempted to solicit a bribe of Rs. 30,000.
