Issuance of postal voting ballot papers postponed: National Election Commission

The National Election Commission says that the issuance of postal voting ballot papers has been postponed to January 13. The ballot papers were initially due to be issued today. According to the Elections Commissioner, the postponement is due to the delay in providing the candidate lists and postal voting ballot papers from the state printers.
