Traffic congestion reported from several Southern Expressway exit points

rdaThe Road Development Authority says, traffic congestion is reported in areas close to the Welipenna and Kokmaduwa exit points, on the Southern Expressway, as a result of the Matugama and Kananke areas being inundated. Motorists have been requested to reduce their speeds to 60 kmph when driving along the Southern Expressway and exercise caution.
