Approx. 3,000 Facebook accounts to be removed

people-on-facebookThe Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team (SLCERT) has taken steps to remove approximately 3,000 fake Facebook accounts. Principal Information Security Engineer at CERT, Roshan Chandragupta, said these accounts will be removed, taking into consideration several allegations, including maintaining fake accounts for fraudulent acts.
