Transporting goods via train to cost more

The cost of transporting goods via train will increase by 50% from November 1. Railways Department Sales and Marketing Manager, N.J. Indipolage said that ministerial approval in this regard has been obtained. He added that transport tariffs have not been increased since 2008.
