An agreement between Sri Lanka and the Netherlands which will see the establishment of a Water Resource Research Centre to assess the quality of underground water sources is to be signed, later today. Chairman of the Water Resources Board, A.C.M. Zulfikar said these assessments are to be carried out in 103 river basins.
