Cricketing icon Bertie Wijesinghe passes away

Former cricket player and coach, Bertie Wijesinghe has passed away at the age of 96. He was an all-rounder, who represented S. Thomas’ College, Mt Lavinia from 1936 to 1939. Late Bertie Wijesinghe, was also a Sri Lankan cricket commentator.
