Graduating SAITM students have the right to register with SLMC – Court of Appeal

501423850The court of appeal held that medical students graduating from SAITM private university in Malabe have the right to register with the Sri Lanka Medical Council. The decision was made by Court of Appeal president Justice Vijith Mallalgoda and Justice S. Thurairajah, after considering a writ filed by a graduating student Malsha Suriarachchi in 2015.
