PM Ranil Wickremesinghe leaves for Hong Kong

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe left for Hong Kong on Thursday morning.

The main objective of the premier’s visit is to participate at the 15th Asia Pacific Conference of German Businesses, which is organised with the aim of strengthening ties between the Asia Pacific and German entrepreneurs.

The conference which will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai from Thursday, November 03, till November 5, will see the participation of leading legislators, intellectuals and entrepreneurs from Germany and the Asia Pacific region.

Minister Malik Samarawickrama, Secretary to the Prime Minister Saman Ekanayake, Sri Lankan Ambassador for China Dr. Karunasena Kodithuwakku, Additional Media Secretary Saman Athaudahetti and Professor Maithree Wickremesinghe are accompanying the Prime Minister on the visit.
