Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on Thursday participated at the graduation of the Bandaranaike International Diplomatic Training Institute held at BMICH, Colombo.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Mangala Samraweera and Deputy Minister Harsha De Silva also participated.
