UPFA MP Dinesh Gunawardena charged that the Perpetual Treasuries is the biggest fraud which happened unver the Central Bank, where the governor had to go.
He added that the parliamentary committee has established very clearly that this is a fraud . He stated that the Joint Opposition demands that all those assets be frozen immediately and the License of Perpetual Treasuries be cancelled, and legal action be taken to all those who are “participants”.
