The National Dengue Control Unit has taken steps to carry out Dengue eradication programmes in areas surrounding examination centres where GCE Ordinary Level Examinations are to be held.
Consultant Physician of the National Dengue Control Unit Dr. Prashila Samaraweera said that this programme will be carried out near examination centres in the Western Province that pose a major risk.
