The constitutional assembly convened on Saturday, November 19, under the auspices of the Speaker Karu Jayasuriya.
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe presented the report of six sub-committees on the new constitution, to the Constitutional Assembly.
Thereby, the reports on fundamental rights, the judiciary, law and order, state finance, government servants and the relationship between Central Government and provincial councils were submitted to the house.
