Colombo Additional Magistrate Aruni Artigala on Tuesday, November 1, directed the Prisons Superintendent, to produce former MP Duminda Silva, who is facing a death sentence, before Court on January 5.
The order was made with regard to the action filed by the Bribery Commission over the former MP’s alleged failure to declare assets for the period 2011-2013.
