The Ministry of Rehabilitation and Resettlement says that the the 5000 houses that were constructed for the people affected by the war in the North and East, will be handed over to them on November 15.
Secretary to the Ministry V. Sivagnanasothy said that 320 houses will be handed over to persons who fled to India during the time of conflict.
